Returns and Refunds
At Seth’s RC, we want you to shop with confidence.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is unopened
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The item is in a condition suitable for resale

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

To begin a return, please contact us via the contact form, or preferably via a reply from the order email.

Please include your order number and reason for return. Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your return request has been approved.


Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request:

  • Photographs of the issue
  • A description of the fault

Where a fault is confirmed, we will:

  • Offer a replacement (subject to stock availability), or
  • Offer a full refund

In these cases, return postage will be covered or reimbursed where appropriate.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Items returned in a used or unsellable condition may be refused or subject to a reduced refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Opened electronics (ESCs, motors, servos, batteries)
  • Installed or used parts
  • Special order items
  • Clearance items (if marked as non-returnable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
