We aim to get your RC parts packed and on their way as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery Options

Available delivery options and the final delivery charge will be shown at checkout.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £2.99

Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch

Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £3.95

Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch

Where applicable, free delivery may be available on orders above the value shown on our website or at checkout.

A working day means Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates and are separate from our dispatch times.

Dispatch Times

Items in stock with Seth’s RC

Orders placed before 11:00am Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 11:00am are usually dispatched the next working day.

We do not normally dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.

Occasionally circumstances outside our control may cause a delay. If there is a significant problem dispatching your order, we will contact you.

Supplier Stock / On-Demand Items

Some products on our website may be available from our supplier rather than physically held by Seth’s RC.

These products are identified on the relevant product page.

Supplier-stock items may require additional time before they can be dispatched to you. The availability and dispatch information shown on the product page should therefore be checked before ordering.

If your order contains both items we have in stock and supplier-stock items, we may wait until the complete order is available before dispatching it together.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

Trackside Collection

Trackside collection may be available at selected race meetings by prior arrangement.

Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to arrange collection at a race meeting.

Trackside collection is only available when confirmed by Seth’s RC.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will check the tracking information and investigate with the delivery carrier where appropriate.

During particularly busy postal periods, such as Christmas and other peak periods, we recommend allowing up to 10 working days before contacting us about a delayed delivery.

Please contact us if tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to correct the address if the order has not already been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
