By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. About Us

Seth’s RC is a trading name of Richi Jenkin (Sole Trader) operating in North Shropshire, United Kingdom.

We specialise in Team Associated RC race spares and related products.

2. Orders & Contract Formation

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A legally binding contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

Pricing errors
Stock discrepancies
Suspected fraudulent activity

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

VAT is included where applicable.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

While we aim to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Prices may change without notice.

4. Payment

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

We accept secure online payments via approved third-party payment providers integrated into our checkout system.

We do not store full card details on our website.

5. Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

A working day means Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

6. Returns

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for return unless faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Faulty Goods

If goods are faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

We may request photographs to assess the issue before arranging replacement or refund.

Faulty goods will be handled in accordance with UK consumer protection legislation.

8. Product Use & Compatibility

Products sold are intended for use in RC model vehicles.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their vehicle before purchase.

If unsure, please contact us prior to ordering.

Improper installation or misuse may result in damage or injury. Products are used at the customer’s own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to goods purchased from Seth’s RC is limited to the purchase price of those goods.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of Seth’s RC until full payment has been received.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, and branding, is the property of Seth’s RC and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to postal disruption, carrier delays, natural disasters, or supply chain interruptions.
